How to Book

  • Click the Book Now button above and submit your booking request.
  • Our team will check availability and reserve your preferred date and time. If your requested time isn’t available, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
  • You’ll receive a deposit invoice, along with a printable birthday invitation, our Terms & Conditions, and a link to complete your online menu and event details.
  • Secure your booking by paying the deposit invoice.
  • Complete the online form included in your invoice email to customise your food, activities and event details.
  • Eight (8) days before your party, we’ll email you to confirm your final guest numbers.
  • Seven (7) days before your party, we’ll send your final invoice. Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being issued and can not be paid on the day of your event.

  • We only accept payment on the day for additional kids/teens.
  • If the party balance is not paid in full before the event, it may be cancelled.

  • Swing City is a fully licensed venue with an operating kitchen. External food and drinks are not permitted.

  • You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. However, our event hosts will not cut and serve the cake; this will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians.
  • We will provide plates, spoons, and a cake knife for serving.

  • All guests are welcome to attend. There will be a designated section, “The Nine,” where adults can sit and relax.
  • Children’s parties are designed for participating children, with seating allocated for one parent or guardian per child. Additional tables for extra guests can be reserved with a minimum spend.

  • The event host is there to ensure the kids have a great time and that the event runs smoothly.
  • They will be your first point of contact upon arrival.
  • An event host is not allocated to service the parents. If you wish to have a host for the parents, there will be an additional charge.

  • 6PM

  • In the event of wet weather – mini golf will be moved to the driving range. Our Driving Range is all weather.
